Sign in to Pitstop
Your firm uses one of two kinds of address. The address tells you how you sign in.
Your firm has its own workspace
The address starts with your firm's name, for example yourfirm.ai-agents-pitstop.com. This is a dedicated workspace, with its own data and its own agents.
- Open the address. Pitstop sends you straight to the sign-in page.
- Choose Google or Microsoft, whichever matches the work email AI Jungle has on file for you. Some firms only have one of the two.
- You land in your workspace.
If you see an error or a message saying your account is unknown, the email you used is not linked to your account yet. Do not try another one at random. Send the email address you used to support, with the address of your workspace.
You use the shared app
The address is app.ai-agents-pitstop.com. Type your user name and password, then click "Ouvrir mon espace". Your administrator or AI Jungle creates the access. Creating an account alone does not give you a workspace.
A backup password on a dedicated workspace
On a dedicated workspace the password form is hidden. If you set a backup password, add ?password at the end of the address to show the form. If it refuses you, your account is not enabled for passwords on that workspace. Ask support.
