Forgot your password

If you have a password and lost it, Pitstop emails you a link to choose a new one. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, you do not need a password at all.

1. Open the sign-in screen. On a dedicated workspace, add ?password at the end of the address to show the password form.
2. Click "Mot de passe oublié ?".
3. Type your user name or the email linked to your account, then click "Recevoir un lien".
4. Open the email. The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once. A newer link replaces the older ones.
5. Type the new password twice. It needs at least 10 characters. Pitstop then signs you in.

Good to know

• The screen gives the same answer whether or not an account matches. That is on purpose, so nobody can test which emails exist.
• The email goes only to the address proven by your Google or Microsoft sign-in, or linked by AI Jungle. It never goes to the address you chose for notifications.
• Ask for a link at most three times an hour. After that, no more emails are sent until the hour is over.
• Resetting closes your other sessions on other devices.

Nothing arrives

Check your spam folder and wait a few minutes. If the screen says email reset is not available on your workspace, or if nothing comes, write to support. We can reset the password for you.
