Set or change your password

You manage your own password from "Mon compte". Two cases, depending on how you signed in.

Open "Mon compte". It is the key icon at the bottom of the left menu. In the simplified client view, it is the "Mon compte" button.

You just signed in with Google or Microsoft

For 10 minutes after that sign-in, you can set a backup password without knowing the old one.

1. Type the new password twice. It needs at least 10 characters.
2. Click "Définir mon mot de passe de secours".

You want to change an existing password

1. Type the current password, then the new one twice.
2. Click "Changer mon mot de passe".

You do not remember the current one? On the same screen, click "Reconnectez-vous par SSO". Sign in again with Google or Microsoft and you get 10 minutes to set a new one.

Good to know

• After a change, your other sessions are closed. The one you are using keeps going.
• After five wrong current passwords in five minutes, wait a few minutes before trying again.
• If the screen says password sign-in is not open for your account, ask support to enable it.
