Invite a colleague
Today the administrator of the workspace creates the invitation and sends the link themselves. Pitstop does not email it.
You need to be an owner or an administrator of the workspace, and your plan must include inviting members. The free plugin does not.
- Go to "Validations", then "Partage". You only see this tab if you are an owner or administrator.
- Type the colleague's email.
- Pick a role. A member reads the whole workspace. A guest or a read-only client sees only the requests assigned to them. An administrator cannot invite an owner.
- Pick how long the invitation stays valid: 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days.
- Click "Créer l'invitation". The link appears once. Copy it and send it to your colleague yourself.
- Your colleague opens the link, signs in with their Pitstop account and accepts.
A link works once. The list below the form shows each invitation and its status. Click "Révoquer" on a pending one to cancel it.
Goes through support today. On a dedicated workspace, your colleague needs an access created by AI Jungle before the link works, so send us their work email first. Changing someone's role or removing someone from the workspace also goes through support.
