Review what an agent prepared
Your agents ask before something leaves the firm. You read the exact content, then approve it, edit it or refuse it. This is the core of Pitstop.
Open "Validations", then "À valider". The queue is on the left. Click a request to see the action, the agent, the consequences the agent announced and the content, shown as the agent wrote it. External sends and publications always need a decision from a person.
Three choices
- Approuver. Keeps the content as it is.
- Modifier. Change the text, then click "Approuver la version modifiée". The agent reads your version back.
- Refuser. A reason is required, and it goes to the agent so it knows what to change.
Keyboard shortcuts in the queue: J and K for next and previous, A to approve, E to edit, R to refuse, ? for help.
Who can decide
Owners and administrators decide on any request. A member decides only on requests assigned to them, listed under "À faire". A guest cannot decide. A read-only client can approve or refuse the requests assigned to them.
After your decision
- The request moves to "Approuvée" or "Refusée".
- Your decision is tied to the exact content you saw. If the content changed while you were reading, Pitstop records nothing and asks you to reload and read again.
- If an agent later runs something other than what you approved, the request becomes "Annulée" and the agent must submit it again.
- Each decision is a separate line in "Journal".
Someone without an account
Open the request and use "Lien d'approbation sans compte". The person can approve or refuse, but not edit. The link is valid 7 days by default.
