Export your data
Two exports are in the app. A complete export of your workspace goes through support.
Do it yourself
- The journal. "Validations", then "Journal". Filter by agent or date, then click "Exporter en CSV" or "Exporter en JSON". Keep the "Empreinte de tête" shown on the page with each export, it lets you detect events removed later.
- The firm memory. "Mémoire", then "Import et export", then "Télécharger la mémoire". You get a zip archive. Only administrators see this.
On the free plugin, the journal keeps 30 days of history.
Through support
A complete export of every record of your workspace, and the deletion of your workspace or of your account, are done by AI Jungle. Write to support with the address of your workspace and say which one you need.
